In a world full of noise, quiet leadership may matter more than ever.
Vancouver friends, some of you might recall that before 2020, I focused heavily on Quiet Leadership.
Over the past few years, coaching leaders and teams across North America, my thinking has evolved.
I’m now calling it Quiet Leadership 2.0.
It’s a way of leading that brings presence, deep listening, openness, curiosity, and emotional intelligence into every interaction.
I’m considering hosting an in-person talk or workshop in Vancouver next month to share what’s changed and how this approach works in practice.
If this resonates and you’d be interested, comment Quiet Leadership 2.0 below. I’m curious who’s still drawn to this way of leading.
