This episode cracked open something I haven't heard talked about honestly enough.

The loneliness that comes with real growth isn't a sign you're doing it wrong. It's often the clearest sign you're doing it right.

We get into what it actually feels like to become more connected to yourself while feeling the most disconnected from everyone around you, and the moment that loneliness stops being something that happens to you and starts being something you'd choose.

The gym doesn't care what version of you showed up today.

You just show up and do the work anyway. And there's something about that, the way it forces a level of presence and groundedness that's hard to find anywhere else.

That's why I keep coming back to it. Not for the physical. For the proof that I can show up for myself. That I can do hard things quietly, without needing anyone to validate that it counted.

That's a muscle I've had to build. And one I have to keep exercising.

If you're in a season of doing a lot of the hard work privately, you already know how lonely that can feel. SoulFull exists for exactly that. Send me a DM and let's connect 💛

Thirty feels like the decade nobody warned you about.

You've done the work. You've grown. And somehow that's the exact thing making you feel like you don't fit anywhere you used to belong. The friendships that felt easy now have this quiet tension underneath them. And you're standing in the middle of it wondering if something is wrong with you.

Nothing is wrong with you 💛

You're just becoming someone new while still holding all the old relationships, the old versions of yourself, the old expectations. That in-between is one of the loneliest parts of actually growing. And almost nobody talks about it.

I started SoulFull because I kept finding myself there. The more honest I've been about it, the more I realize I was never the only one.

You probably aren't either.

If this is resonating, send me a message. I'd love to know I'm not the only one too.

"You are allowed to outgrow those relationships without having to feel sorry about it, having to feel guilt about it, having to feel shame about it, having to feel apologetic about it, having to feel like you have to explain it to anybody. And as I'm saying this to you out loud, I'm saying this to myself as well."

There's a version of loneliness nobody talks about.

The kind you choose.

Where you're not isolated, you're just done filling space with connections that leave you emptier than before. Where you'd rather sit with the quiet than keep showing up to conversations that never go anywhere real.

It's uncomfortable. And it's also the most intentional thing I've ever done.

I'm making room. For depth. For people who are actually in it. For the kind of connection that makes the work feel less heavy.

If you know this feeling, you're not alone in it.

Nobody tells you that growing can make you feel more alone, not less.

You start doing the work. The therapy, the journaling, the self reflection.

And somewhere along the way you start to outgrow the people around you.

Not because anything is wrong with them. Just because you are changing and they are not going through the same thing.

I lived that. And I could not find a space for it. So I built one.
That is SoulFull. For the people growing and feeling alone in it.

Free gathering May 23rd at 10am PST before I open the doors on June 1st.

DM me CIRCLE if that is you. 🤍
