This sound 🥹🫠♥️ Breastfeeding has been one of my favorite parts of motherhood so far.

Don’t forget to drink enough water 💧 I always have to remind myself because I’m terrible at it! 😅

I also usually have another snack around 3 AM when I wake up to feed Nova. 🤍

FYI: The amount of bread, butter, and other foods you need depends on your individual body and needs. Use this post for inspiration, not as a one-size-fits-all plan.

Just one week apart.

No workouts. No walks. No calorie deficit.
Just gentle breathing( (Sometimes I practice deep breathing to reconnect with my deep core muscles. 🤍), stretching, and listening to my body.

I’m breastfeeding, so right now I’m choosing nourishment over restriction.

The biggest change? Time.
Time for my uterus to contract, my tissues to heal, my body to release excess fluid, and everything to slowly find its way back.

I’m not trying to “bounce back.”
I’m giving my body time. 🤍

We named her after a supernova, one of the brightest and most powerful events in the universe. A beautiful explosion of light that marks the beginning of something extraordinary. ✨

These are all from her very first day in the world, and already she’s stolen our hearts in ways we never imagined.
Welcome to the world, our sweet girl. We love you more than words can ever say. 🤍

He said, How about we celebrate just the two of us this year?

But from the moment we woke up, you made your presence known stronger than ever.
We spent the whole day talking about you, making plans for you, and dreaming about the life we’re about to share with you.

I guess it’s been a long time since it was ever just the two of us and I wouldn’t have it any other way. 🤍 love you both♥️♥️

I’m so happy for you two 💖💖💖💖💖💖
