🚨 We’re Hiring: Customer Success Manager (CSM) – High-Ticket Offer 🚨

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our Done-For-You Marketing Agency / High-Ticket Program.

This is a high-impact, leadership-level role for someone who understands agency operations, client delivery, and student success.

💰 Compensation

$5,000 – $7,000 per month

Performance-based bonuses

Long-term opportunity with growth potential

Must be located in the United States or Canada

🎯 Role Overview
As a CSM & Mentor, you will:

Onboard new students into our high-ticket marketing agency program

Manage student success, accountability, and retention

Act as the primary point of contact for students post-enrollment

Mentor students on implementing the DFY agency offer

Ensure students are executing, progressing, and getting results

Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve outcomes

✅ Requirements

Previous marketing agency experience (required)

Strong understanding of agency service delivery and client fulfillment

Proven ability to manage relationships and drive results

Confident communicator and natural mentor/leader

Organized, proactive, and performance-driven

Has worked inside a marketing agency (ops, account management, CSM, or delivery)

Understands high-ticket offers and client expectations

Enjoys helping others succeed while holding them accountable

Comfortable working with ambitious entrepreneurs
