๐Ÿ“It is with great pride that we announce the appointment of Chantal Dagnaud as President of the LiorS Collateral Fund (LCF) , iCapital Venturesโ€™ strategic collateral fund designed to support enterprise financing across the EIC Corporation ecosystem. The LCF serves as the cornerstone of the DDFM Protocol and is designed to enable the financing of 1,000 companies by 2030 through an innovative model combining collateralization, value redistribution, and LiorS appreciation.

๐ŸŸฅThis appointment reflects our commitment to entrusting the governance of this strategic fund to a leader with internationally recognized expertise in international finance, infrastructure governance, strategic cooperation, and economic diplomacy.

For more than 25 years, Chantal Dagnaud has worked alongside governments, public institutions, international organizations, corporations, and investors to structure high-impact development projects. A lawyer by training, with degrees from the University of Bordeaux IV, the University of Kent (United Kingdom), and Sciences Po Toulouse, she has built an outstanding reputation in the mobilization of European and international financing, the governance of complex infrastructure projects, and the development of strategic partnerships.

Her distinguished international career includes:

* Former Global Board Member of FIDIC (International Federation of Consulting Engineers) and current Head of Francophone Countries at FIDIC Africa;
