The 2023 National Killam Program cycle has now launched under the administration of the National Research Council Canada. We look forward to collaborating with our new partners to uphold Dorothy Killam’s vision for encouraging research excellence in Canada. The Killam Research Fellowships have been renamed the Dorothy Killam Fellowships, owing to Dorothy Killam’s vision of building Canada’s future through advanced study. Great STEM researchers who were celebrated by Dalhousie University for being outstanding innovators who make Nova Scotia a leader in scientific discovery.
2021 Discovery Awards celebrate the career of a Dal research icon and a new generation of leaders Dal researchers were named winners in three major categories at the 2021 Discovery Awards, Atlantic Canada's most prestigious science recognition event, while Dr. Noni MacDonald was celebrated as this year's inductee to the Discovery Centre’s Science Hall of Fame.
