I am thrilled to announce the soft opening of Lola's Blessing, a haven dedicated to guiding individuals through the journey of grief with compassion and understanding. Inspired by my own experiences of loss and the profound impact of navigating grief, Lola's Blessing is a sanctuary where healing begins.

As the heart behind this endeavor, I understand firsthand the profound impact of losing a loved one. My own grandmother's battle with cancer illuminated the path that led me to become a grief coach (doula)—a beacon of hope for those grappling with the complexities of grief.

At Lola's Blessing, I offer a guiding hand through the darkest of times, drawing from personal experience, professional expertise, and unwavering empathy. Through one-on-one coaching sessions, group workshops, and tailored resources, I empower individuals to embrace their grief, honor their memories, and ultimately find solace in their healing journey.
