The first time I heard the phrase "FAIL BETTER, FAIL FORWARD", I didn't understand it, that's why I love this cartoon depiction!

I didn't understand because I was always taught to avoid failing all costs. I'm sure many of us were raised this way or molded this way and with the best of intentions. The only problem with that is how do we learn to become better or wiser if we don't fail? I don't know one single person who perfected anything on the first attempt or the second or third for that matter.

As I got older I started understanding that failing is just a method of learning, the more you fail at something the closer you are to achieving it! As long as you learn from it and fail forward. As the picture below shows us... a person can lug around their "failures" as dead weight or burdens, or you can build and learn from them and keep pushing towards your goal.

Before you can become great at something... you need to fail at it a lot! It's not something that should be perceived as a negative thing... instead it should be used as a positive tool

It doesn't matter when you start it... it just matter that you started and stayed with it!

It's been awhile since I truly showed up for myself in life and my business. Time to get back to a disciplined routine free of distractions and excuses!
