It’s important to let these people remove themselves from your life because if they don’t take the time to ask you about your experiences, they were never really your people to begin with.
Realizing who is your people and who is not can be difficult to accept at first.

Let them show you who they are, and let them go.
They will naturally be replaced by new relationships who ARE more aligned with you.

Growth never requires you to fight harder for people to be in your life.

You will grieve those who leave but your heart will be more supported and full with those that are more aligned with who you really are.

Embrace and allow everything to align and shift into place.

The rewards, opportunities, and authentic love will always outweigh the temporary pain experienced in the grief stages. ❤️

It’s a nacissist issue and definitely NOT your body failing you!

Narcissist use your nervous system to regulate themselves.

They hijack your nervous system making it very hard to stay regulated balanced and healthy.

When your system is being controlled and manipulated by someone else your body becomes sick with what looks like chronic inflammation and fatigue.
You will notice digestive issues, headaches, and sleeping issues.
When your system becomes more unstable it makes it easier for the narcissist to make you think you are the problem.

For years I suffered with complicated migraines, chronic cluster headaches, anxiety, digestive issues, and painful arthritic aches throughout my body but now all those symptoms have resolved and have permanently been removed from my life.

Breaking free from the manipulative control and their toxic hijacking gives you your health back!

Your body is responding to the problem you don’t see yet. Your body is trying to let you know that something is not right!

In healthy relationships your system is relaxed, your body thrives, and you feel steady, balanced and you have a lot more energy for everything.

Chronic health issues automatically resolve when you gain control over your nervous system, thoughts, and emotions.

This is how the survivors end up with a glow up when they finally escape the energy vampire in their life.

Save yourself, your mind, body, heart, and nervous system are waiting for you to make the changes the narcissist is trying to block you from making.

When you learn how to regulate yourself, you will become hyper aware of anyone trying to hijack your system. You notice when your body is warning you where you once believed it was failing you.

This makes you unshakable and undesirable to other narcissists in the future.

There is nothing wrong with you. You are not broken, you have just been unknowingly hijacked by someone claiming to know what’s better for you.

When you start pouring all that love and attention into you instead of the narcissist, you will finally feel the relief you so desperately seek.

The narcissist will go into crisis mode when you start choosing yourself. Stay strong! Stay steady! Stay safe!

When you start consistently choosing you, is when the narcissist gets desperate and more dangerous.

Seek support outside of the narcissist circle and create distance from the narcissist and their flying monkeys

Are you in a point in your wellness journey where you feel lost?

It can feel unfamiliar to be yourself especially if you have been through relationships with emotionally immature, emotionally unavailable or toxic individuals.

You have to let go of who you are to become the new version of who you are becoming.

That is definitely unfamiliar.

Our inner mind hates what is unknown or unfamiliar. Especially if your inner mind holds a lot of fearful energy.

We change what is familiar and unfamiliar all the time. Sometimes just reminding yourself of that can calm down that discomfort.

This process may feel like you are lost. But it’s because you’re about to connect with all the inner parts of yourself.

This process may feel like grief because your grieving the whole life your leaving to transform into the path you are now choosing.

You are leaving a life of coping/surviving and moving to living a life of fully thriving.

This is a lesson on feeling all your emotions with compassion and embrace the messages that come with each emotion as it expresses itself.

This is a lessons to embrace all the parts of you, you might be rejecting, ignoring, or even just becoming aware of.

Never be harsh with these parts and messages. They are all parts of you. Please be playful and curious about it. Your inner child is watching your every move.
Remember to make space for that younger self to join you on your journey. Re-parent, protect, and nurture your younger self as you connect with your emotions.

Connecting with your inner child will also help you reclaim your youthfulness. I am feeling years younger physically. My body is stronger, fitter, and healthier now than it has ever been before.

Letting GO gets easier.
You will notice letting go doesnt create loss it open you up to receive more.

It may feel like you’re loosing so many things, but it’s not really a loss.

It’s a recalibration that brings you closer to yourself and what you want more of in your life 🥰

It’s a recalibration process that gives you more energy, love, connection, abundance, joy, and more peace.

You will look back and feel like your past self is more a story than anything, because you have updated your energy to vibrate closer to your true vibration and frequency without the resistant energy you had with false beliefs and energy blocks.

Your senses will work better.
Your physical health improves.
Your inner state and external experiences seems to give you more of what you do want and a lot less of what you don’t prefer.

You easy manifest what you do want, experiencing flow states with ease, and will notice you automatically repel resistance.

Feeling lost is you letting go of the attachment of where you are.

Celebrate that you have come this far! You have done so much work and efforts to get to this point.

Celebrate you! 🎉

Now you’re ready to be found!
You have been waiting for you.
You have arrived 😊

I am so excited for you to experience that connection deep within yourself 🙏
Your life is about to be filled with happiness, magic, and phenomenal ease.

Everything is energy and if your body is pumping cortisol your body and mind can be over taxed, overwhelmed, and unfortunately can get stuck there.

That benefits nobody.

All natural suggestions?
Go lay down in your backyard on the grass for an hour to discharge all that suck energy trapped in your body. Or have your bare feet touch the ground if you have to sit on a chair. Touch the earth, dirt, sand, whatever you choose, it will gound you.

Do some breathing exercises to connect with your body.

Use all your senses to bring your mind back to the present moment.
Each time you catch yourself lost in thought, you win! Keep catching yourself because it stretches and strengthens your ability to take charge and control your focus.

Listen to the sounds of nature. Connect with the elements wind, water, fire, earth and space. The deeper you connect with nature the deeper your ability becomes to connect deeper within yourself. You are a part of nature to connecting with nature is connecting with self.

Try energy exercises that cut cords, and recharge and protect your own energy.

Clean up your living environment to be pleasurable and reduce overstimulation.

Have healthy boundaries that support your capacity for what you can do and can’t do.
Parenting yourself by being the best person at speaking up and making good decisions for you!

Be accountable to yourself.
Be your own validation system and never tolerate less.

Treat your nervous systems with care. Reduce consumption of stressful content on social media, news, and other sources. When your body is in survival mode, borrowed stress is felt as your own. Your body and fearful inner mind can’t tell what is real, borrowed, or imagined.

Self love matters most, nurse and care for yourself as you would for someone you treasure. How you treat yourself sets the standard for what you will tolerate from others.
If you put everything and everyone ahead of yourself, so will everyone else.

Only use words filled with kindness compassion and understanding with yourself. You were born with a powerful positive coach, reinforce and reinstate that coach, and fire the inner critic living rent free in your mind.
The inner critic dialogue is fake news and VP to the ego.
They both use fear for fuel. Fake news are just lies and “what if’s” treat it as such.

Find healthy moments of flow by being creative, crafty, and connect with nature regularly.

Flow states provide moments of physical repair, deep healing, rests your nervous system, and most importantly negative thoughts don’t live there!
Thoughts fueling depression or anxiety fully stop in states of flow.
Flow is doing things you love where you loose time.

Unconditional self love and Expressing yourself through confidently being yourself, present in the moment being you, is where thriving becomes your default state of being.
This is where you become unshakable and unf@!

When you are comfortable being yourself others can’t manipulate you, and you are less uncomfortable when life is challenging.

All these suggestions are within your power, costs nothing, but gives you the highest reward!
You get to live with Inner peace, and abundant with happiness in all areas of your life.

I see many posts with people complaining their doctor doesn’t seem to understand or know how to help them get better.
Often leaving appointments feeling like they are on a hamster wheel never getting issues fully resolved.

I hated going to the doctor and not getting issues resolved. I hated how they always treated everything by tossing pills at you until you gave up or finally found something that helped reduce the symptoms, only to deal with unwanted side effects.
Doctors often never understood the “why” and never fully resolved and fixed the issues.

I finally discover the root cause of many issues, and have never felt this happy, healthy, and strong as I feel today.

Sometimes the chronic headaches, endless digestive issues, and sleeping problems are not the result of your body failing you, needing to be fixed by your family doctor.

Often these are symptoms that you are in a toxic relationship with a person, your job, or even yourself.

How you treat yourself matters!

How you let others treat you matters!

Your body is simply responding to you being unhappy and in toxic situations.

Your body is extremely intelligent and understands energy, and is responding appropriately.

Your body is trying to communicate to you about your situation. Your body is not failing you it’s trying to save and protect you!

Getting help with your mental state will always help you improve your physical health.

Getting out of toxic situations will help your mind and body get out of survival mode, so you can finally thrive and live the life you want to live! With peace and happiness.

Improving your mindset will increase your wellness in many categories of your life.

Your physical health improves
Your mental health improves
Your whole reality improves finding peace where you once lived in fear.

Focusing on improving my inner world has solved all my chronic pain, and sleeping issues.

The words you use, the thoughts you focus on, and the way your treat yourself matters because it sets the stage for your experiences.
