This post is for the ignorant about pow. Wow!. You might dance pow wow, but you should learn the history of it. It was never a ceremony. Was never meant to be sacred. It was a celebration of our people. It is a big social. We share dances and songs in each other's company. Now it's a competition, People dancing thing for money. And that's fine. Their traditional pow wow, that don't do that in competition. Pow wows. Many have no idea the history of Pow. Wow! And it shows.
