Here is my favourite formula for manifesting, and I want you to really memorize it. It’s easy to memorize because it rhymes, and it’s three steps.

Step one: intention.
Step two: attention.
Step three: no tension.

It is the most brilliant formula for manifesting that I’ve come across, and I wanted to share it with you. If you practice it, miracles will open up for you. Let me know what begins to open up for you, or if you have any questions about this.

Today I was reminded of something I learned many years ago from a spiritual teacher, Debbie Ford: what you resist persists.

Right now there’s a lot of fear floating around the world. There’s a lot of sadness. There’s just a lot — a lot of stress.

It’s easy to numb our feelings with the internet, addictions, being too busy, or whatever distractions we reach for. But what I’ve noticed is that when I actually allow myself to feel my feelings — whether I journal about them, talk them through, or simply sit with them — they’re like clouds. And clouds pass by. They don’t stay forever.

But when I don’t feel them, that’s what Debbie Ford used to call the beach ball effect. You try to push it down and pretend it’s not there. “I don’t feel that. I don’t feel that.” But what happens when you try to hold a beach ball under water? Eventually it pops back up.

So today I invite you to consider this: what might open up for you if you simply sat with your emotions, even for a moment?

Maybe that means journalling. Maybe it means talking to a friend. Many companies — including the one I work for — offer therapy and support. There is absolutely nothing wrong with getting emotional support. In fact, I think it’s one of the healthiest things we can do.

And as we allow ourselves to simply be with our feelings, something else happens too. Our willingness to be honest and human has a healing effect on the people around us.

So I’ll leave you with this question:

What might open up for you today if you allowed yourself to simply be with your feelings?

Feel Wealthy Before the Cash Arrives.

I know.
It sounds completely backwards.

We’ve been taught:
“I’ll feel wealthy when I make more money.”

But what if it’s the other way around?

During COVID, I was stressed about money.
Like… tight chest, overthinking, checking accounts too often stressed.

Then I started reading It’s Not Your Money by Tosha Silver.

And one idea changed everything:

Stop chasing abundance.
Know yourself as abundance.

So I tried something radical.

Instead of focusing on what I didn’t have…
I started noticing what was already overflowing.

I have an abundance of health.
An abundance of friendships.
An abundance of ideas.
An abundance of time.
An abundance of peace.

And something shifted.

Not instantly.
Not magically overnight.

But my nervous system softened.

I stopped acting from scarcity.
I started acting from sufficiency.

And from that state:

My online business began to grow.
I hit a milestone in my network marketing business.
New aligned income ideas came to me — ideas that actually felt good.

Here’s what I believe now:

Wealth is first a state.
Then it becomes a result.

If you want to experiment with this, try this today:

Take a piece of paper and write:

“I am already wealthy in…”

Then list 10 things that have nothing to do with money.

Feel them.
Let your body register them.

Because when you feel wealthy,
you move differently.
You decide differently.
You create differently.

And the money?
It tends to follow.

There comes a moment in your life
when you realize…

You were never behind.
You were never broken.
You were never “not enough.”

You were just measuring your worth
by the wrong yardstick.

Inherent worthiness means this:

You are worthy
before the promotion.
before the relationship.
before the weight loss.
before the money.
before the success.

Not when you prove something.

Now.

The work isn’t becoming worthy.

The work is discovering
what has always been true.

And then learning to live from that place.

Just something to sit with today.

What would change
if you truly believed
you were already enough?

Okay… I may have been having a little too much fun with AI 😄✈️
        
        Pointing at the exit sign like it’s some big metaphor for life.
        
        But honestly?
        
        Maybe it is.
