A great day on the water ๐ฆ
organized a three day Summit with activities that took people out of the typical conference hall to connect more deeply with one another and spark creativity.
We went out with who spoke about the sustainability of the crab fishery and provided some education about Dungeness crab and the local ecosystem.

Load up your freezers! Our 1 lb packs of local BC spot prawn tails are frozen at sea in salt water.
Simply let them thaw, put on a pan with butter and white wine and they add a delicious savoury protein to any pasta or salad. They also taste great with .p.sauce ๐

Last week we had the opportunity to create a unique experience for the closing party of the Frontier Summit โจ
This is the second time we worked with Frontier Collective to design a Pacific Northwest dinner in a unique Vancouver setting for the closing party of their Frontier Summit conference. Their team leads over 100 global and local leaders through inspiring experiences and provocative talks to generate connections and opportunities for Vancouver's frontier technology economy. We are grateful they created this platform to showcase local businesses and celebrate local food and art.

Last week we had the pleasure of creating the menu for Vol.3 ๐ซ at studio.
Our culinary director and chef created dishes using our quality seafood with fall flavours in mind.
