On this International Women's Day, Grade 8 and 9 students celebrated groundbreaking contributions of fascinating female scientists. They shared their learning with younger grades through interactive stations.

Grade 1 students learning about colloids and having a blast making slime! They explored the properties of colloids and how they differ from solutions and suspensions. The students were so engaged and curious, and loved getting their hands dirty with this fun experiment. 🧑‍🔬👩‍🔬

Hip hip hooray, it’s our 100th Day! 💯
Our youngest learners celebrated this academic milestone today by making shirts, hats, glasses, dressing up like 100 year old people, and doing many activities with the number 100! Here’s to the next 100 days of happy excellence at Westside!

Bullying can have a lasting impact on a person’s mental-health and well-being, and it’s up to all of us to create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether it’s wearing a pink shirt, speaking out against bullying, or simply being kind to others, we can all make a difference. Let’s spread love, not hate. 💖
