1. The 60-Second Rule: Most people wash for only 10–15 seconds. Massaging your cleanser for a full 60 secondsensures the ingredients actually have time to work.
2. Water Temperature: Use lukewarm water. Hot water can strip essential lipids, while cold water may not effectively dissolve oils.
3. Double Cleansing: If you wear heavy sunscreen or makeup, consider an oil-based cleanser first, followed by a water-based one to ensure a deep clean.
