I have 4 wonderful children (2 are now adults!) I know you’re looking at my pic and saying WHAT?! Let me explain:
I was a teen mom. I had my first daughter at 17! I thought I had all the answers but most of all I believed in myself and followed my heart. Looking back, of course, I had a lot to learn about being a parent but I was determined. How to believe in ME! I got married at 21, had anothe

We live in a world where there is constant change.
If you put your happiness on hold or put it aside to a later date, you will feel the pain and frustration that goes along with feeling unfulfilled.
Happiness is an inside job. It takes time to get to know yourself, find your tribe and surround yourself with people that bring you joy.
Your desires are inside you right now - waiting to be discovered and explored.
On a scale of 1-10, how happy are you starting of 2023?

One of my favorite inspirational quotes is by Maya Angelou. She wrote, “Try to be a rainbow in someone’s cloud.”
I love this quote because I have been blessed to have so many amazing people pass through my life and share their rainbows wit me. It inspires me to always treat people well. It reminds me of the impact of a simple smile can have on someone's day.
I strive to have this impact in both my personal life as well as in my business relationships.

I'll share some of my story so you can understand what drives me as a women's coach. I know so many women struggle with the major transitions that we navigate during our lifetime: career, marriage, motherhood, broken relationships, and balancing all the demands put upon us. My story is not over but I can assure you that there is more happiness that tears.
Growing up I was lonely, I was an only child and kept to myself. I was afraid of everything and everyone. I navigated high school with a small group of friends, still quiet and not sharing my true self.
I became a mom one week before my 18th birthday. By my mid-twenties, I was married, a mom to 2 beautiful little girls, and had just recently divorced. I call this part of my life the survival years. One foot in front of the other, focus on keeping everyone happy, and little by little a piece of who I was and wanted to be disappeared.
Fast forward twenty years and I began to realize that my ability to bounce back had become my superpower, my resilience is what would make me the woman I am today; kind, understanding, empowered, and most of all, feels like myself.
I spent years taking night courses studying Human Relations at the University level to achieve my B.A. I took every opportunity for personal development & studying with teachers on mental health, meditation, and supporting others. Each course and mentor taught me tools that I could add to my toolbox and helped me let go of the fear and anxiety I had built up.
Taking time for yourself is important for self-reflection but you also need to pay close attention to each person who enters and exits your life as they will also leave clues and lessons to help you grow.
Thank you for taking to read this longish post.
My goal is to guide and support women move through life's transition and build a support system to thrive.💜

I see strong women struggling to understand broken relationships, shattered trust, damaged confidence, lost identity but I know that the key to getting back to their true self begins when they allow themselves to see the possibilities.
Reflection on what they have overcome, renewal of hope, reconciliation with self is the focus to restarting on a new path. All of the bumps in the road and broken pieces share parts of you that have been unseen and are yet to be discovered.

Do you remember her?
The child that lives inside your soul and wants to show herself.
Sometimes she can be heard in your laughter and sometimes your tears...but ultimately she just wants you to:
💜Acknowldege her
💜 Listen to her
💜 Remind you to play every once in a while
Happy New Year!
