Hi lovelies! I've had a couple requests for prenatal yoga classes recently - I don't have any running right now, but Centered on Centre in Black Diamond has a session starting next week! Highly recommend, I love this studio 💗

If you prefer something in High River or Okotoks, you can always drop into any of my classes - yoga, barre or aquafit - and get all the prenatal-friendly mods and options 🫶

🌟 Meet Yoga with Robyn Isbister, a passionate IBBFA-certified Barre instructor from the foothills of Alberta, Canada! 🌟

Robyn's journey began with a curiosity about the beat-based ballet barre work of Barre classes. Already a yoga teacher, she found Barre to be the perfect complement to her practice, offering an extra challenge of light strength training and cardio. 🩰💪 Inspired by her awesome IBBFA-certified instructor, she embarked on the IBBFA certification program and fell in love with it! ❤️

What stood out to Robyn about the IBBFA certification program? The familiarity with her ballet training, the invaluable class sequencing support, and the spectacular, user-friendly manuals! 📘 These resources have been integral in planning classes that are fun, accessible, challenging, and provide full-body training.

Robyn is now teaching a variety of classes, including Intro to Barre and Level 1+ Barre, and utilizing her IBBFA training to blend techniques, variations, and modifications across different modalities like Yoga, Pilates, and Aquafit. This cross-training approach allows her to offer a more targeted, individualized, and balanced fitness experience to her clients. 🌈

Her advice to those considering the IBBFA Barre Certification program? "Just do it!" 💫 She recommends attending as many classes as possible with a local IBBFA-certified instructor and utilizing the live classes and support sessions included with the certification membership to build familiarity with the core IBBFA repertoire. 🌟
