Viral Cloud ☁️ bread recipe

3/4 c egg whites
1.5 tsp cornstarch

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

In a mixer add egg whites
Mix on high until stiff peaks form
Add the cornstarch and mix again until combined

On a baking tray lined with parchment paper spread the mixture evenly

Pop in the oven for approx 8 min or until the top is a golden brown

Let’s be real: change is a slow burn.

​It’s about the boring stuff.
The routine.
The "showing up when you don't want to" moments.
The doing the same things day in and day out.
It isn’t always glamorous, but it works.

​I have to remind myself how far I’ve come just as much as you do.
If you feel stuck today, take this as your sign: Don’t quit.
Keep doing the work.
Start small.
Change one thing at a time.
Create those habits today and in a year from now those small changes will compound into big wins!
