How many agree??

As a parent we don't want our next generation to go through the struggles we went through. When I came to Canada 39 years ago, I don't even know a single word in French . First day of school was interestingly challenge full combined with adventure and discovery for my sibling and myself. When I had my daughter we were determined that from East to West ,North to South where ever she goes language should not be her barrier.She should be fluently speak and write and express herself in both official language without struggle.Yesterday it was a quiet proud moment for me, she was chosen to work for election Quebec and she was there serving everyone in French, a language which made me practice all my hands gesture once to convey my message to the teacher. Then Mr.Vj first time voting in QuĂ©bec election(last time,they forgot to add his name even he was a Quebec resident for 3 years.where the system failed Universe only knows)and more over received service in French with understanding. Yup,Monsieur has decided to master this language art.😉😉

If you want a history to be not repeated then pass the story to the next generation,
" Truth and reconciliation day", is not just a day off .It is a day to sit and narrate the past history and the unbearable hurtful truth to your children..So they will understand the value of human and they will practice respect.
I am proud of my children who wore the t-shirts,because for them they understood the importance of this day and why it should be recognized.More over they don't want this type of history to be repeated in future
