ColetteWatercolours I am a abstract and expressionistic painter, using art to express the joy of discovery & possibility. I am both and artist and a teacher.

I have fallen in love with watercolour painting, it's liberating, therapeutic, exciting and teaches me to adapt, to be better at being me. I sell my paintings, my own creative paint blends, and merchadise using my art. I host a regular paint group, teach paint nights and am available for private lessons.

Not sure what it is, but it’s done. :). Playing with watercolour inks and flow. Very satisfying.

Ohhh it is done! Camping at Boot Lake this weekend, sitting and having dinner the sun setting and those amazing golden rays falling on the branches and trunks. A slow awakening of spring. My soul sees something different than just what the camera captures - sees colours that are waiting, beauty hidden. It takes time to find a way to pull what I feel into existence - kind of like spring in Tumbler Ridge - took four tries.
