My heart is so full today, we have our 5 official members with our 2 others beginning in August❤️
I’ve got to say, this feels so right. Continuity in childcare is so important and to know I will be the one to help these children daily on their journey of growth and development is such an honour. To get to know them more and more each day, watch their personalities and interests unfold, and to just truly know and love them 😊

Over my few years working in childcare centres , I’ve come across many parents who are worrying that they aren’t enough or aren’t doing enough, scared they are “messing up” their children or are a “bad parent”. Please please know, if your even having these thoughts it’s only because you absolutely care and love them with your whole heart, you want nothing but to give your child the absolute best chance at this crazy thing called life. So bad parents ? Not doing enough? Give yourself some grace, you’re doing the absolute best job, nobody knows your child like you and nobody will ever take your place. Redirect those thoughts from “Am I doing enough?” to “I’m doing the best I can and I love them with my whole heart.” At the end of the day, all we truly need is someone to love us unconditionally, your already doing that❤️

Have an amazing day and do something kind for yourself, visit that little shop you’ve always wanted to go in, stop at your favorite ice cream place, you deserve to give yourself some love. Take care of yourselves 🌞

I am so grateful for all of the interest in my home centre and have tried my best to get back to as many people as I could but do apologize if I haven’t gotten back to you yet. I am still waiting to meet with a few families to fully confirm their spaces but will reach out to some of you if there are any changes and availability. Please feel free to send along your information including your child’s age, date of birth and time you’re hoping to enter your child/ children into care and I will reach out to you if a possibility arises. As things get worked out, schedules and times are solidified, I will know what else I will be able to offer such as the possibility of more after school spaces.
I am beyond excited to get up and running!
I will be posting photos of my space, and activities in the weeks to come . I’m hoping to stay current on this page with fun facts, positivity, ideas, questions and feedback from parents and families.

I can’t even put in to words how appreciative I am of all the kind words and support, especially from those of you who know me personally and who can reference me professionally. Your words and positive references are so so so appreciated 🙏🏻 It means so much to me, my business, and I’m sure helps families in need of trusted, loving childcare.

My apologies for the delay in responses as I have been a bit of a busy bee lately 🐝 It will also take me a bit of time to set up dates/ times to meet with families to ensure a suitable and comfortable match for your child and family as well as for me as a provider. I do not want to over enroll or create any false hope for anyone in the meantime, although I will add you to my list where I will be marking the date you have reached out so I can contact and fill available spaces in an orderly fashion - depending on the number of children your needing care for, age/ date of birth of child/children (needed for ratio, meaning the number of children per adult) and the number of available spaces that will be coming available.

Hello Everyone!🌞
I'm a level 2, Early childhood educator who graduated from the Jane Norman College in 2023, then began working at the Dr. Jane Norman Lab school. Since January 2025 I had left my role as an educator to broaden my experience in the field, taking on a support/Inclusion role at a near by center. During my short time in this role, I ended up realizing that I was ready for a whole new experience, a more meaningful journey. I have a huge passion and love for my profession and have decided that I'm ready, and very excited to be opening my own - in home family childcare with the help of an amazing team of consultants from the Jane Norman Family Home Childcare Agency. Aside from the amazing support from the Agency, this also allows me to accept government subsidy funding. I'm very dedicated and excited to be on this amazing adventure and can't wait to continue on my career, meeting so many amazing people, children, and other home providers to build with, get to know, and support. My official opening date will be June 9th, 2025.
