Valley Elementary School Holiday Auction Fundraiser Details & Rules of the Auction

1. Timeline: Auction is live from Saturday November 22, 2025 to Sunday, November 30, 2025 at 8:00pm AST.

🎄✨ Welcome to the Valley Elementary School Holiday Auction Fundraiser! ✨🎄

It’s the most wonderful time of the year – and the perfect opportunity to bid on some fantastic items to help support our school! Bidding: Please place your bid in the comments of the specific item you wish to bid on. Please bid in $5 increments on items valued over $50. All other bids should be made in $2 increments. Before commenting/placing your bid, please ensure "All comments" is displayed. If you are seeing "Most relevant", please click/tap the small arrow next to the word and select "All comments" to ensure you are viewing the most recent bid.

3. Winning Bidder: Auction closes at 8:00pm AST on Sunday, November 30, 2025. The LAST and HIGHEST bid posted on each item BEFORE 8:01pm AST on said date, is the winning bidder of that item.

4. Payment: All winning bids must be paid in-full no later than Friday, December 12, 2025 to Valley Elementary School. Winning bidders can contact Miranda at (902) 896-5540.

5. Pickup: All items must be picked up no later than Friday, December 12, 2025 at 2:00pm from Valley Elementary School. Winning bidders can contact Miranda at (902) 896-5540.

6. Please honour your bids.

7. Items not picked up in the allotted time frame will be reauctioned or release to the next bidder.

Please contact Miranda to make arrangements. Items not paid for or collected by tomorrow will be offered to the next closest bidder.

A big THANK YOU again to all of our community businesses that donated these incredible items and another big THANK YOU to all of you auction bidders! This fundraiser would not have been possible without all of you. We are so appreciative of all the support we’ve received!

With that being said, it’s time for a big CONGRATULATIONS to the winning bidders! We hope you all enjoyed the auction and that you had a lot of fun bidding on your favourite items- we know we sure had fun tracking all the excitement along the way!

All winning bidders will receive a message from either Angela John (Home & School President) or Erica Williams (Home & School Vice President) within the next couple days. Please be patient with us as there are lots of messages to be sent and information to sort through. The message you will receive will include confirmation of the item(s) you have won, the bid amount due and information on where and when payment/collection of items will be.

🎄 We are almost halfway through our auction timeline and are having so much fun seeing all your bids come in!
