Locally owned Quinte region Recreation Therapy service provider. My name is Shawna Dent and I am the sole owner of Meaningful Moments Recreation Therapy.

I am a registered member of Therapeutic Recreation Ontario and the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. I have a passion for Therapeutic Recreation and the many benefits it offers. I have over 6 years of experience designing and implementing recreational programs for seniors, adults with mental illnesses, and individuals with developmental differences.
