Happy September! Our annual Meet & Greet is coming up soon. We are thrilled to be able to offer this wonderful opportunity to children who have experience playing string instruments already (Violin, Viola, Cello, and Bass).

Please feel free to tell other people about the group and encourage interested children to join! We are still trying to grow and meet the needs of our students.

Have a friend in band? Tell them about Etobicoke Youth Band! Their rehearsals also take place on Mondays at John G. Althouse MS. Check it out!

Congratulations to all the ensembles who participated in our Orchestra Festival over the past two days! We know how much preparation goes into every performance and none of it would be possible without the dedication of our students and the guidance of exceptional teachers!

A heartfelt thank you as well to our adjudicators, volunteers, board members, and everyone at York University who helped make this possible. This event would not have run so smoothly without your time, support, and hard work.

We're already looking forward to next year's festival. Until then, keep practicing and making music!

Here are just a few highlights from the festival, in no particular order 🎶🎻
