Every time I perform this song, I’m not just singing…I’m rising.

Rising from the ashes of betrayal, abuse, and those who came into my life only to take advantage of my love, my space, and my gifts.
I’ve been through hell. And yet—I still sing.

An elder told me yesterday,
“Hold your head high, you are Jah’s child.”
Those words reminded me: I carry divine light in my voice and my soul.

This cover of “The Greatest Love of All” is more than a tribute to Whitney.
It’s a declaration of my liberation—from mental and physical chains I didn’t deserve.
It’s also my thank you to those who raised me with love when love was hard to find—especially my father, whose light I carry too.
