The Arctic Youth Network is a youth-founded and youth-led non-profit organization supporting a global network of youth through international cooperation and capacity-building. The Network is working with the Arctic Council's mental health initiative, Project CREATeS, to deliver Arctic youth-centric mental health and wellbeing programming.

Gloria has a BA from UTSC, an MA from UoT, and is currently completing her doctorate at Vanderbilt. She conducts research in Colombia.
