Our goal is to facilitate access to resources necessary to meet the social, emotional, academic and cultural needs of LGBTTIQQ2SA employees and students of Humber College. The GSDC strives to meet its mission through:

- Outreach to the Humber community
- Educating the campus community about issues of sexual orientation and gender identity
- Fostering a respectful environment for LGBTTIQQ2SA communities
- Advocating for responses to the needs and concerns of LGBTTIQQ2SA communities at Humber through collaboration and stakeholder buy in
- Supporting faculty in the creation of inclusive curriculum
