I’m Cathey, a passionate voice in the world of scalp wellness, mental well-being, and professional empowerment.

With over 30 years in the hair industry, I’ve walked the path of creativity, burnout, reinvention, and growth. What’s remained constant? My love for education, my belief in community, and my deep desire to help others rise.

When I discovered the powerful connection between scalp health and overall wellness, everything changed. I became a certified trichologist, and it led me to something more meaningful than I ever imagined.

Now, through the Cathey Salerno Scalp Education Program, I help fellow professionals tap into something deeper. A purpose-driven service. A transformative skill. A chance to lead with heart.
