The home stretch is finally here! From the last few weeks of Winter classes and the start of exam season, April is a big month for the ECU community. Here are the dates you need to keep on your radar:

April 1: Transfer Credit Application Deadline. 📝
April 3: Good Friday (University closed; no classes). Enjoy the long weekend! 🐣
April 7: The Common Thread Launch Party! Come join us in JORG1410 to celebrate the launch of the first English Academic Undergrad journal!📓
April 10: Last day of Winter term classes. You’re almost there!
April 12–25: Winter term examination period. Good luck to everyone studying! 📚
April 15: Deadline to apply for Spring 2026 graduation (Late fee of $50 applies). 🎓
April 29: Unofficial grades and academic standing released on MyServiceHub.
April 30: Deadline for specific 2025-2026 fiscal year-end financial submissions.

Last day to apply for Winter Term graduation (spring convocation). Make sure you’ve submitted everything by 11:59 PM!
⏰ March 2–31
Late application period for graduation is open (late fees apply). Don’t miss your chance!
📝 March 1–27
Course drop & program withdrawal period continues with no refund. The final day to make changes is March 27 at 11:59 PM.
📚 March 5–11

Course intentions for Fall 2026 & Winter 2027 are open — plan ahead and secure your schedule!

A new month = new goals, fresh energy, and a few important dates to keep on your radar:

📌 Feb 1 (12AM): Deadline for guaranteed consideration for Fall 2026 admission/readmission/reinstatement
⏰ Feb 6 (11:59PM): Last day to drop a Winter course or withdraw from a program with a 50% refund
📚 Feb 17–20: Study Week – rest, reset, and catch up
🏡 Feb 16: Family Day – University closed

Graduation applications for Spring Convocation are open all month, and course drop/withdrawal periods continue (refund policies change after Feb 6), so make sure to check your deadlines and plan ahead.
