Comment "AEO" to get the two-track audit checklist — I'll DM you the full breakdown.

A new study just proved that Google AI Mode and ChatGPT use completely different citation logic — and if you're optimizing for both the same way, you're wasting half your effort.

Here's what CiteLens found when they analyzed 10,000+ AI citations:

For Google AI Overviews and Perplexity, traditional SEO rank is the #1 predictor of who gets cited. Your backlink profile and domain authority still matter.

For ChatGPT, it's almost the opposite. Rank barely matters. What ChatGPT cites is driven by entity authority — Wikipedia mentions, brand consistency, and trusted domain links. ChatGPT cited Wikipedia 47.9% of the time.

Here's the scary part: only 11% of domains appear in both Google AI Mode and ChatGPT's citations. These two systems are drawing from different pools.

And 11.6% of prompts swap their primary citation source between runs. So if your brand isn't consistently authoritative across both tracks, you're getting cited randomly — not reliably.

The fix is a two-track AEO strategy: one track for rank-based platforms, one for entity authority.

Comment "VIDEO" to get the shoot-to-social workflow — I'll DM you the full clip prep checklist.

Google just dropped Video Remix inside Google Photos — powered by Gemini Omni. And this one matters for anyone creating client content.

Here's what it actually does: you take a 10-second clip and transform it into cinematic footage, watercolor animation, or oil-painted video. No editing software. No motion designer. Just your phone and a Google AI subscription.

It's live right now for Google One AI Premium subscribers in 14 countries — US, Japan, Brazil, India, Turkey, and 9 more.

Four ways agencies can use this today:

1. Client testimonials → cinematic style for landing pages and ads
2. Product demos → artistic style for social content that stops the scroll
3. Behind-the-scenes clips → transform into premium-looking brand content
4. Event footage → create artistic recap videos in minutes, not days

The quality is Gemini Omni-level — the same multimodal model powering Google AI Mode. This isn't a filter. It's full video synthesis from your source clip.

The key is clip prep. Not every 10-second clip converts well. There's a specific format that gives the best outputs.

Comment "IMAGE" to get the 6-column brand asset spec for Meta Muse. — I'll DM you the ready-to-fill template.

Meta just launched Muse Image. Their first in-house AI image generator — built by Meta Superintelligence Labs, not the Llama team. And in a few weeks, it's coming to Advantage+.

Right now it's live in the Meta AI app, Instagram Stories (30+ effects), and WhatsApp. The model uses "agentic visual reasoning" — it understands your brief and refines the creative, not just one-shot generation.

First, the ads angle. Muse will soon power Advantage+ creative. It'll generate image variations, swap product backgrounds, and create lifestyle images — all from your existing creative.

Second, the scale is real. Advantage+ already generates ~$60B in annualized ad revenue. 8M+ advertisers use Meta's generative AI tools. This isn't beta.

Third, there's a head start window. Agencies that pre-build a clean, on-brand visual library right now will get cleaner Muse outputs when it launches in Advantage+.

The good news? You don't need new tools — just a structured creative brief.

Because the agencies that prep now will:
1. Get more on-brand AI ad variations
2. Reduce rounds of revision
3. Ship campaigns faster
4. Beat competitors still building from scratch

Comment "AGENT-COMMERCE" to get the Shopify AP2 readiness checklist —
I'll DM you the full breakdown.

Google's Universal Cart is rolling out in the US right now. AI agents — Gemini, Google Shopping, Copilot — can browse your store, add products to a cross-merchant cart, and complete checkout on a user's behalf. No human required.

First, the opportunity. AI-driven traffic to Shopify stores grew 8x year over year in Q1 2026. Orders from AI-powered searches: up 13x. New buyers through AI channels buy at nearly 2x the rate of regular visitors.

Second, the gap. Most stores aren't AP2-compliant. AP2 is Google's Agent Payments Protocol — three signed mandates the agent needs to transact. Without it, checkout fails silently.

Third, the fix. Shopify merchants connected to Agentic Storefronts have UCP wired in — but AP2 compliance and MCP optimization are separate steps that need deliberate configuration.

Fourth, the stakes. McKinsey puts the agentic commerce opportunity at $3–5 trillion by 2030. The stores that are agent-ready this summer capture the first-mover advantage.

The good news? The AP2 readiness checklist is a one-time configuration, not ongoing maintenance.

Because agent-ready commerce means:

1. Universal Cart discovers your product
2. AP2 verifies the transaction
3. Gemini completes checkout for the user
4. Revenue arrives without a human visit

Comment "FIGMA" to get my Code Layers deploy workflow —
I'll DM you the full breakdown.

Figma just launched Code Layers — rolling out this month. You click any layer in Figma Make and it turns into live, interactive code. No design-to-dev handoff doc. No Zeplin exports. No Notion spec pages. One click.

First, the conversion. Select any design layer, click "Convert to Code" — or just prompt it. Figma generates production-ready React, Vue, or your target framework component.

Second, the exploration. Clone code layers side by side to test two component directions, same way you'd compare two design frames. Your whole team iterates in one file.

Third, the integration. Clone existing repos directly onto the Figma canvas. Add npm packages — animation libraries, motion frameworks, 3D rendering tools — without leaving the tool.

Fourth, the sync. Make a change in the design layer. One click updates the code layer. No back-and-forth with dev.

The good news? Early access via waitlist at figma.com/config-betas. Full rollout through July.

Because the 2026 landing page workflow is:

1. Design the hero in Figma Make
2. Convert to code in one click
3. Add animations with npm
4. Deploy with your client's dev — same day

Comment "CLAUDE" to get my overnight Cowork build template —
I'll DM you the full breakdown.

Anthropic just expanded Claude Cowork to web and mobile. Sessions run remotely on Anthropic's servers — not your laptop. For site builders and agencies, this is the biggest workflow upgrade since Projects launched.

First, persistence. Start a landing page audit at 11pm, wake up to a finished structured report. The session didn't die when your screen went dark. Like leaving a task running on a cloud VM — except it's your AI.

Second, cross-device sync. Start the brief from your phone on the train. Check progress in your browser. Pick up the full output on your laptop. Files follow you everywhere.

Third, Microsoft 365 write tools. Claude can now draft and send emails, update SharePoint files, and manage calendar events from a Cowork session. Brief to client email in one pass.

Fourth, doubled usage limits through August 5 — free extra runway while you build the async workflow.

The good news? No new account or install needed — just web.claude.ai or your phone browser.

Because async agency work is:

1. Brief it in five minutes
2. Let Cowork run overnight
3. Review the draft in the morning
4. Deliver before noon

Comment "CODE" to get the GitHub trigger setup guide for Cursor Automations — I'll DM you the full breakdown.

Cursor just shipped always-on agents that run your codebase on autopilot. And as of June 29th, you can manage them from your iPhone.

First, Automations is the feature. You define triggers — a GitHub issue, a PR comment, a Slack emoji reaction — and Cursor's agent wakes up, reads the context, and handles the task. No manual kickoff needed.

Second, the GitHub triggers are the killer feature. Issue opened? Agent reads it and proposes a fix. PR review submitted? Agent addresses the feedback. CI workflow completed? Agent reads the log and opens a follow-up.

Third, the /automate skill makes setup conversational. Instead of writing YAML, you describe what you want the automation to do in plain English and Cursor creates it.

Fourth, the iOS app makes monitoring agentic. Live Activities on your lock screen show agent status. Push notifications when it needs a decision. Merge PRs from the app without opening your laptop.

The good news? Every paid Cursor plan gets access — Pro starts at $20/month.

Because client bug fixes shouldn't wait until you're back at your desk:

1. Set a GitHub issue trigger
2. Agent reads the issue, writes the fix
3. You approve the PR from your phone
4. Merge without opening your laptop

Comment "META-MCP" to get the 5 starter prompts for auditing your Meta ads from Claude — I'll DM you the full breakdown.

Meta launched AI Connectors in open beta on April 29th. It's a free MCP server that gives Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and any MCP-compatible AI access to 29 campaign management tools across your Meta ad account.

First, it's five categories of tools. Campaign creation and management, product catalog operations, account and asset management, signal diagnostics, and performance insights — all callable in plain language.

Second, safety is baked in. Every campaign or ad set the AI creates lands in Paused status automatically. Nothing goes live without your manual approval.

Third, you connect through Meta Business OAuth. No developer credentials. No API app. Just your existing Meta Business login.

Fourth, it works with Claude Desktop, Claude.ai, ChatGPT Plus, Cursor, and any MCP-compliant client.

The good news? It's free during the open beta. There's no pricing announced yet.

Because setting up your Meta ads AI workflow shouldn't require a developer:

1. Authorize via Meta Business OAuth
2. Ask Claude to audit your top campaigns
3. Pull pixel health diagnostics
4. Fix catalog issues in plain language

Comment "RUNWAY" to get the campaign brief template for Runway Agent Skills — I'll DM you the full breakdown.

Runway just launched Agent Skills on July 2nd. It's a set of specialized AI skills inside Runway Agent that let you produce full ad campaigns, social content, and localized versions from a single brief.

First, there's a Performance Marketing skill. You upload your existing creative and ad metrics from Meta, YouTube, TikTok, or Google — and it analyzes the data, then generates your next creative test.

Second, the Social Content skill finds what's performing across your channels and produces the next week of posts, with format-specific cuts: 9:16 for Reels and Stories, 16:9 for YouTube, 1:1 for feed.

Third, the Campaign Development skill lets brand marketers brief an entire concept in conversation — target audience, angles, product — and it produces every variation needed.

Fourth, localization is built in. Runway swaps copy and visuals for each market without rebuilding the asset from scratch.

The good news? You don't need a video team to produce campaign-grade creative anymore.

Because producing 12 ad variants used to take a week:

1. Brief Runway Agent in plain language
2. Feed it your existing performance data
3. Get every format, auto-cut
4. Localize for markets with one command

Comment "AGENT-COMMERCE" to get the 5-step onboarding checklist for the Shopify Agentic Plan — I'll DM you the full breakdown.

Shopify just launched an Agentic Plan for merchants who aren't on Shopify. WooCommerce, Magento, custom builds — you can now list your products in Shopify Catalog and show up in AI conversations on ChatGPT, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot.

First, it's about discovery, not migration. You're not moving your store — you're making your catalog visible to AI shoppers who buy inside chat interfaces.

Second, it's free to start. No monthly subscription. You pay standard payment rates when a sale happens through Shopify Checkout inside those AI channels.

Third, the growth data is real. AI-driven orders on Shopify grew 13x year-over-year in Q1 2026. This is no longer a small experiment.

Fourth, your product data does the work. The Universal Commerce Protocol — backed by Google, Amazon, Stripe, Mastercard, Meta, and 7 others — handles how AI agents discover, cart, and checkout your products.

The good news? You don't need to rebuild your store to capture this traffic.

Because agentic commerce is already live:

1. List products in Shopify Catalog
2. Show up in ChatGPT shopping queries
3. Checkout stays powered by Shopify
4. No Shopify plan required
