I appreciate you all for eating the food I grow, and giving me the opportunity to live my passion.

Some gorgeous harvests coming your way this week in New Denver! All grown in Winlaw with nothing but compost, water and love..

I have so much appreciation for all of my customers. I have the best job ever. Getting to hangout in my garden growing food is a lot of fun. However I wouldn't be able to do it without so many amazing people valuing real food, and supporting me by eating what I produce. 💚

This year I have had a few production hiccups, but lettuce is going really well. Check out these beautiful lettuce models who were kind enough to share their smiles, and display my lettuce. If you want to be my next lettuce model.. come buy a giant lettuce this week in Nelson on Wednesday from 10-2pm on Baker Street. Or catch me on Friday in New Denver from 9:30-1:30pm. 🥬

I am so excited to kick off the market season and reconnect with you. This is our opportunity to once again build community and local food security.

It's been a long winter, but the season has finally arrived to leave the nest and get out to the community square. Come get your greens, and support the other amazing food vendors that will be there as well.

In such a remote location it can be hard to not depend on the industrial food system outside of the growing season. Now is your chance to do your part in changing the world for the better. Everytime you buy local food you are investing in your community and food security. This may seem insignificant, but the choices you make as a consumer have a massive impact!

With enough local farmers and enough ethical consumers that choose to support them. We can shift our food system in a trajectory that paves the way for a better future. This future holds better health for ourselves, our families, and the earth. I'll see you tomorrow! 🙌🏼

I will be visiting New Denver for the first market of the season at Eldorado Square. I will have lots of beautiful greens including: Salad mix, Lettuce heads, Spinach, Pac Choi, Kales, and Collard Greens! I hope to see you all there to kick off the market season.
