This is probably the best advice I gave someone, hopping that one day, someone will give to me.
If I would talk to myself more like I'm talking to others I probably would have saved myself allot of pain.
But, it is never too late to start. Unfortunately, this is one of that must be over and over and over.

The list can be very long to all of us.
Struggling with our own body, shaming ourselves true the existence of our own flesh and blood, putting our precious body into endless expectations with the illusion that if only... I would have been happier.
This post is not about being happy with your body. This is not about lying to yourself about how your body looks.
This is about respecting and accepting your body with appreciation and gratefulness for whatever you have got.
Because believe it or not, there will always be someone that would love you no matter what, you might as well be that someone.

Back in 2013 ish I went one year .
One of the things that I learned was that I can eat . Yes. You read it right.
And let me tell you, although I'm not raw now. Just vegan.
I probably will never eat cooked / grilled 🌽 again.
It is so , this one I got from on St. Clair.
So next time you've got #🌽 go ahead and try it.

That one that I always have with me everytime I continue my practice.
I remind that the of my practice are always the basic ones, the rest is just some ways to have fun when I'm myself.
And thist of can be practiced in every aspect of life.
I'll elaborate on that is close to #💖 for me.
loss. Yes. I will say weight loss and not weight management, weight control or whatever you wish me to use.
Weight is a result of changes in one's behaviour and lifestyle.
And here is how the statement comes to practice:
Weight loss is a result of:
1. Eat less that what you burn.
2. Move more than what you eat.
Yes. I know that there are many more aspects that I can add on. Ex, What type of food should I eat?
What type of should I do?
But as I said, start the basics and the rest will .
10% less than what you need, 5% more that what you normally do. Practice this untill you are a master in eating less than what you need and moving more than what you eat.
Than, observe yourself and how the rest is following...

yourself nicely. Respect and appreciate the things you do for yourself.
I used to think it had to be grandiose, sophisticated.
But I have learned to know that it's the simple things that makes it for me, such as serving myself with nice plated food!
