St. Martin Elementary School + St. Bernard Elementary School in Thunderbay welcomed Djennie Laguerre back in April. These school visits were made possible by the Immersart - FCCF grant for French Immersion schools. The grant is now open for the 26/27 school year!

"Students had the joy of experiencing the incredible talents of Djennie Laguerre also known as Madame Bonheur on TVO/MiniTFO who brought laughter, energy, and unforgettable storytelling to our schools. Through a vibrant mix of French, Creole, and expressions unique to Quebec, Djennie celebrated the richness and diversity of la francophonie! A gifted storyteller, actress, and dancer, Djennie specializes in bringing Afro-Haitian folk tales to life through interactive performances that invite students right into the story!" - TBCDSB
