Humans of L'Am

Club fair was a success! Thank you to all the clubs that participated in this SAC event to inform the students of L'Am about the different clubs our school has to offer! We hope everyone learned something new today and will try to visit these different clubs before the school year ends!

As well, samosa and apparel sales went very well! We sold out on samosas 15 MINUTES into lunch! Make sure to stay tuned for our next samosa and apparel sale! @ L'Amoreaux Collegiate Institute

To kick off this year's L'Am 2018 Spirit Week, we had L'Am apparel day!

First photo is L'Ams Athletic Council and its members showing off their L'Am apparel! Remember, they meet on MONDAYS!

2nd pic is of our grade 9 girls who decided to show off their basketball jerseys, field hockey sweaters, and house shirts!!!

3rd we have three of our grade 12 girls reppin their french sweater and bright field hockey sweaters

Next we got Tariq showing off his volleyball jersey in the Market Square. All he wanted to say was "L'Ams lit"

Lastly we got Blake and Daniel sharing a handshake in the halls. Daniel got his Pelagus shirt on but Blake's L'Am apparel is nowhere to be seen 🤔

Hey L’Am! If you weren’t aware, many Ontario schools will walk out tomorrow (some walked out today) in protest towards the Ford government. This is because of the curriculum changes made in July by the PC administration, leading to the repeal of the updated 2015 sex-ed curriculum, exclusion of Indigenous issues in the curriculum, a 100 million budget cut for school repairs, and much more.
Due to time constraints, L’Am will not be able to conduct a walkout tomorrow, but that is not the only way to support! Please wear PURPLE tomorrow in support of the protest towards the Ford government, as
