Exciting Fall News & Sunday Chess by the Lake! ♟️🌊

I have some big news to share with everyone! Starting this September, I will be running a brand new weekly Adult Chess Club in partnership with the Beaches Sandbox.

Whether you're a seasoned player or just learning the game, this will be a fantastic space for friendly matches and thoughtful competition in a relaxed atmosphere.
We will also be featuring a dedicated training course during these sessions to help players build their skills, master new strategies, and take their game to the next level!

📍 Where: Lee Studio at the Beaches Sandbox
🗓️ When: Every Thursday evening (Starting Sept 10!)
⏰ Time: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

In the meantime, our summer outdoor schedule is still going strong! We’ll be meeting this Sunday as usual to keep the good vibes rolling.

The Beaches Jazz Festival is taking over the neighborhood this weekend, and we are joining the rhythm right by the water!

This Sunday, the Beaches Chess Club presents: Smile for Saturn: Chess by the Lake. It's like regular chess, but with 100% more cosmic vibes and significantly less actual rocket fuel.

Come wave at the ringed planet and play a few friendly games. Alien abductions probably won't happen, but we can't promise you won't get captured by a solid Sicilian Defense. 👽👑
