I'm an "in person" person, I'm all about authenticity & face to face communication. That said, hopefully this page will give you a sense of what I do, and then I urge you to pick up the phone or set up a virtual call to learn more. I started Playworks to help people communicate more successfully with others' AND with themselves. Negative self talk is usually the source of the problem; whether someone comes to me to improve: public speaking skills, team dynamics, personal relationships or risk taking abilities. I'm committed to helping participants reach their personal and professional goals; in a fun, supportive environment. We offer: Improv classes, Parties, Bullying prevention workshops, Anti social media seminars, corporate workshops and one-on-one coaching for speeches, presentations & CBT. Voted best Acting/Improv School in Thornhill by Post City Magazines.

Friends, FYI my next session starts Monday. I designed it to help improve communication skills, understand human behaviour, and enhance spontaneity (whether you're an actor, a professional, or a student)!
It's pretty cool. Video assignments are submitted through an app and you can join the weekly Zooms or watch recordings at your own pace. Plus, teens in the US can earn high school credit w/ the certificate program!

Kudos to Dove I helped cast for first Dove Self Esteem commercial. That campaign inspired the work I've been doing since. That was before social media. I was so sad listening to young, smart, articulate, sweet girls list so many things they wanted to change about themselves.
I couldn't have imagined it getting so much worse.
So, as someone who isn't a fan of social media (because of the negative affect it has on a lot of people), I'm happy to use it to share something I think every parent & teen should see! xoxo
