Friends, FYI my next session starts Monday. I designed it to help improve communication skills, understand human behaviour, and enhance spontaneity (whether you're an actor, a professional, or a student)!
It's pretty cool. Video assignments are submitted through an app and you can join the weekly Zooms or watch recordings at your own pace. Plus, teens in the US can earn high school credit w/ the certificate program!

Kudos to Dove I helped cast for first Dove Self Esteem commercial. That campaign inspired the work I've been doing since. That was before social media. I was so sad listening to young, smart, articulate, sweet girls list so many things they wanted to change about themselves.
I couldn't have imagined it getting so much worse.
So, as someone who isn't a fan of social media (because of the negative affect it has on a lot of people), I'm happy to use it to share something I think every parent & teen should see! xoxo
