This is an international activism publication (based in Toronto, Canada) linked to the Mad Pride anti-oppression and human rights movement. The purpose of this publication is to provide an open platform, free and available source of communication and distribution for our community - whatever the breadth and width of that may come to encompass. Both an online and free paper version of 'The Mad Times' is available. This page posts open calls for submissions and papers, meant for the public at large: activists, artists, writers, poets, ranters and philosophers alike. Those with an interest in Mad pride, Mad Studies, Mental Health activism, Peer Support, c/s politics, individuality, freedom...and/or the human condition are encouraged to participate. Likewise, we encourage international participation - please share this page with your friends who are interested, may benefit, or who are looking for an opportunity to publish. You may contact us via this page, or send an email to [email protected] ...to be added to the subscriber list. An archive of submissions and articles can be found at http://www.torontomadpride.com/mad-times/
