Every colour tells a story.

Walls and trim were painted in rich, historically inspired tones from Farrow & Ball’s heritage collection, while bathroom and bar tiles were selected to echo late 19th-century design, creating a cohesive and era-appropriate palette throughout.

What was hidden became a highlight.

Carpet was removed to reveal original pine subfloors, which were sanded and stained to brighten each space while celebrating the home’s authentic materials. A beautiful reminder that history often lies just beneath the surface.

Original door k***s and latch systems were carefully removed, refinished, and reinstalled, bringing back the patina and character that only time can create.

From the office to the bar and living room, each custom piece was designed to reflect Victorian-era charm while supporting modern living. Thoughtful craftsmanship ensures these spaces feel original, not newly added.

Custom-milled baseboards, crown mouldings, and door casings were crafted to match the original profiles, while panelled mouldings elevate the main floor.

A painted tin ceiling in the office adds subtle texture, blending seamlessly with the surrounding trim for a timeless finish.
