#SharedPride 🌈 Day 13: All the feels 06/15/2026

You up? You home? I’m in my feelings era.

A compelling human story for me is one that is genuine, one that amplifies a perspective, and one that makes me feel something. In this flashback, I’d like to share some of these video stories about and by different folx in our community. Nothing long (really), everything emotive.

All the feels... create engaging classroom material! 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈

So many friends authoring chapters, must be a great book!

Sustainability in English Language Teaching brings together leading educators, researchers, and practitioners to reimagine ELT in an era of ecological, social, and digital transformation. Through global classroom case studies, the book shows how ELT can foster critical thinking, intercultural competence, learner agency, and global citizenship. Innovative chapters address ecopedagogy, AI’s environmental impact, digital well-being, and indigenous perspectives, and student-led action, offering practical frameworks to embed sustainability meaningfully in teaching practice worldwide.

I've spent the better part of two decades volunteering for teaching associations at all levels: local, national, and international. I'll keep on as long as the experience continues my development. Yes, there's a service element, but when you make the most of it, it gives to you too.

That's me up there in the top right corner. I made a virtual appearance today in Kosovo today. Very happy to represent IATEFL this time. :) Next time, in person!
