Abigail ✨: Hi everyone! My name is Abigail (she/her). I’m a second year student double majoring in criminology and sociology. I am super excited to be one of your second year representatives this year! During my free time I love to read, my favourite genre is young adult fantasy/romance. I look forward to having a great year and meeting everyone at our events!
Zane 🎓: Hey all! I’m Zane (he/him) and I’m double majoring in Urban Studies & Political Science. I will be one of your 2nd year reps this year. When I’m not studying, I love to explore the city by bike and to read novels. I’m excited to work with the rest of the team to create events that help reduce the stress that comes with school and provide an opportunity to connect with other students!
Mika 😎: Hello! My name is Mika and I am excited to be an upper year representative for Healthy Minds this year! I am in my third year specializing in pathobiology with a molecular genetics major and immunology minor. Outside of school, I like to speed skate and solve Rubik’s cubes. Looking forward to a great year with everyone!
Phil 🐐: Hey! I’m Phil and I’m in my third year at UTSG, doing a physiology and neuroscience double major and an immunology minor! I’ll be one of your two upper year reps. I find getting food and doing socials with friends, in person or virtual is one of the best ways to help manage our stressful academic lives. Can’t wait to make this possible with the team and the UofT community!

MEET HEALTHY MINDS’ PROMOTIONS AND MARKETING EXECUTIVES
Angelica 💃: Hey everyone! My name is Angelica Alvarez (she/her) and I am excited to be one of the Promotion and Marketing Executives for Healthy Minds this year. I am currently studying Industrial Engineering with a concentration on human factors and psychology due to my passion for mental health. I enjoy attending concerts, nightlife, spending quality time with loved ones, and practicing self care to destress. As a member of Healthy Minds, I hope that the topic of mental health is destigmatized through our continuous efforts to raise awareness and promote a safe space. To contribute to this, I am eager to help students acquire the necessary resources to make their student experience at UofT a mindful one.
Kurt 🏃♂️: Hey gang! I’m Kurt, one of your social media executives for this year. I’m a third year in kinesiology and I’m really excited for all the activities we got planned for y‘all. I love playing any kind of sports but I also like just sitting down and chillin, so if you ever need to destress don’t be afraid to ask :)

I will be your Events Manager for the 2022-2023 school year! To clear my head after a stressful day, I love to read (especially during my commutes), and I try to get in a few workouts a week using UofT amenities. I am super excited to work alongside an amazing team this year to deliver fun and stress-relieving events for all of you :)
Aimee 🧬: Hiya! My name is Aimee and I’m a third-year student studying Immunology, Biology and Environmental Geography. I will be your International Student Rep for this year :). As someone who moved to Toronto from Dubai during Covid for uni, I definitely understand the toll being away from home can take on mental health. Sharing the little moments and staying in contact with loved ones is my favourite self-care activity. Hope to see you all at our events!
