Great to be back to our Thursday local spot, woth great friends.
Clean beauty tip #1?? Sweat daily. I’ve been working on consistency… it a continual challenge to me as an entrepreneur with crazy hours. However… no excuses. Everyone can afford 45-60 minutes a day of me time… if you can’t find the time- make it. Obsessed with this piece from Africa for so many reasons the top of which is how inspiring and motivating my sisterhood with the women in my life can be.
