Postpartum Recovery Hack: Minerals and Vitamins

2 Ingredient Carnivore Pancakes 🥞 - save for later!

The recipe is ultra simple.

Whisk two eggs, and one scoop of your favourite Equip prime protein until smooth.
Preheat your frying pan and add your favourite fat, I used butter.
Put low and slow depending on your stove the time to cook can change. I cooked it covered for about four minutes on the first side, then I flip it and cook it for about three minutes on the second side. I do keep it covered while it’s cooking to ensure doneness in the middle.

That’s it! Transfer it to your plate and serve with your favourite toppings. I just use a smear of butter 😃
