Did you use/plan to use an exercise ball for your pregnancy?
Some things to keep in mind when using one:
•Make sure your knees are at a 90° angle and your hips are not below/above your knees
•Ensure it’s inflated properly. Not too hard or too soft!
•Anti-Slip is a must! The ball shouldn’t be smooth and should have texture
