Holotropic Breathwork offers a substance free pathway to accessing non-ordinary states of consciousness. This is a unique opportunity to experience and learn about this model of healing from facilitators that studied directly with Stan Grof. Attendees will have the opportunity to act as both a breather and a sitter, so this is an excellent opportunity to practice holding sacred space for healing journeys. The facilitators will also offer teaching on Grof's cartography of the psyche which offers a unique model of understanding and integrating psychedelic experiences.
