MH is a 55 years old patient on Ramipril 10 mg daily, Spironolacton 50 mg daily, olanzapine 5mg bedtime , Citalopram 20 mg daily , Rosuvastatin 10 mg daily and lithium 600 mg twice daily.
MH Recently started Observing Tremors and severe fatigue and nausea. What could be the reason for that?
