Nice 6 miler at the end of … emulates miles 20-26.2 in any of your fav marathons… just have to practice these types of sessions so that I know what that last bit of the race feels like… when your mind tells your body that there’s only 6 mi left in this journey…

Great Sunday - low and slow on a nice cool morning. Stretched this calm pace into a 9 mi tour of the neighborhood.
