Consistency is key for your microbiome.
No need to eat tonnes of fermented foods.
Just eat some everyday for many weeks.
Fermented foods include:
Saurkraut
Pickles
Kimchi
Yogurt (low sugar)
Kefir
Kombucha
Make sure you buy these in the refrigerated section.
Otherwise they won't have any live cultures in them.
Importantly, if you focus exclusively on fermented foods while you ignore your general health (sleep, hydration and stress level) you won't get the benefit from fermented foods that you could get when you are supporting yourself generally.

Don't let your limiting beliefs stop you from doing the work!
Maybe you think:
I will always be sick.
I will always have this problem.
It's a sneaky thought because it can prevent you from pushing past your obstacles.
Because it convinces you that a yet unrealized future is already bearing down opon you, fixing you in a constant state of hopeless misery.
Fu*k that thought.
When you figure out your BIG reason to recover you will make it happen and the negative thoughts WILL get quieter
I won't lie.
It Is challenging.
But you are a WARRIOR.

Do you include breakfast in your morning routine?
Some benefits of breakfast include:
✅ Boosting your energy in the morning.
✅ Prevent bingeing later in the day.
✅ Improve focus and performance.
Every morning I eat variations of the same breakfast.
Yogurt
Oatmeal
Some Fruit
Nuts or Seeds
This is the perfect breakfast for me because it's delicious and keeps me full until lunchtime.
It contains proteins, fiber, fats, and complex carbs that make me feel satiated and provide me with the energy and nutrients I need.
I switch up the fruits and seeds to keep things interesting so I never get bored.
Knowing what I'm going to eat saves me time because I don't have to make decisions and I always have the ingedients.
I know most people get bored eating the same thing daily, so I advise to plan 2-3 breakfast variations. Maybe some days you want eggs with whole grain toast and a banana, or buttermilk french toast with fruit and turkey sausage.
The key is to:
✅Pick something you ENJOY eating,
✅Include carbs,
✅Healthy fats,
✅Protein
🌱and if possible include some fresh fruit or veggies.

Happy first day of Fall!!🍂🍁
My favourite part of the Autumn season is by far the squash harvest. 🎃
Simple Squash Recipe Idea:
✴ Cut your squash in half and scoop out the innards.
✴ Chop into desired size. Add oil and salt, then stir to coat the chunks.
✴ Bake at 350 Fahrenheit until soft (about 45minutes depending on your oven).
