Focus and refocus.

With technology enhancing our lives and transforming the way we do business. It's important to leverage the technology we have so we can get focused and refocused on what's important in our days.

How are you leveraging technology to support you to get focused or stay on focus?

A couple of flow hacks I use to keep me focused.

✔️Turn off notifications on your computer. Pop ups have a wonderful way to move our focus and distract us from what's important. The task at hand.

✔️ Schedule a couple times per day to check and respond to emails. Take back some time so you're not attached to your emails.

You have the opportunity to take charge of your day and get focused.

How many random inspired thoughts have you had lately?

It's a new year, a time to reflect and move forward with dreams and goals. How many times throughout the day do you get random bursts, thoughts of inspiration? How often do you trust your inner voice and follow where that inspiration is guiding you?

Trust the inspiration that flows from within.
That is your subconscious mind supporting you and your dreams.

Today I encourage you to take one of those inspired thoughts and put into action. See what you will create, and let the momenteum guide you and support the magic within.
