We had a blast leading the improv workshop at the retreat last weekend! Our session focused on applying the core principles of improv to enable self-advocacy and boost confidence in our guests’ day-to-day lives as they navigate the challenges of living with food allergies. Through games and a lot of laughter, we loved seeing everyone take the opportunity to engage with us, have fun in a safe environment, and try something new! ✨ WHAT WE LEARNED IN JAMAICA ✨

After a cozy holiday, we kicked off 2023 with a week in Jamaica for an artists retreat. Joined by 7 other talented actors and Karrie’s agent whose passion for the work overflows, it was as much a spiritual journey as it was a work trip (plus a lot of beach time throughout!)
