Is Your Partner Egoistic, Narcissistic, or Emotionally Abusive?
Recognizing toxic traits in a relationship is the first step toward reclaiming your peace and happiness. Egoistic partners prioritize their needs above all else, leaving you feeling unheard or unimportant. Narcissistic individuals often manipulate situations to maintain control or boost their self-image, while emotionally abusive partners belittle, isolate, or guilt-trip you.
Here are some red flags to watch for:
Lack of empathy for your feelings or experiences.
Constant need for control, approval, or validation.
A pattern of gaslighting or making you question your reality.
Feeling drained, anxious, or unworthy around them.
When such relationships come to an end, the journey forward is about healing and learning.
How to Move On:
