The first meditation stuffie for kids that offers a full sensory experience! TATE is more than just a cute puppy to cuddle. TATE is a connector. TATE is a friend.

We want to plant the seeds of mindfulness meditation in a fun and easy way for parents & kids! We deliver calming, child-focused stories through a cuddly puppy named TATE who will help strengthen their mental fitness. The meditations are designed to create a beautiful connection between your child and TATE while at the same time, teaching about emotions, imagination, and their SUPERPOWER breath! TATE is a teacher.

I’m a ju**ie for creativity & also trying to add bits of inspiration to my boys’ days (no matter how old they are)!

Yesterday was our eldest son’s 17th birthday (how times flies…) and I got this idea to add little inspirational notes to the lemon money cake that I traditionally make every year on their birthday 🎂 🍋!

If you’re looking for something a little different this year, maybe give this a try!

‼️And for those of you who are not bakers, grab a cake at the grocery store and a little bit of extra icing. Wrap the money & the notes up and stick them all throughout the cake and then re-ice over top. They won’t know any different!!

I need your advice!

We are doing some super cool upgrades with miindfully™️ that I need some tech support to achieve.

I have been wanting to do this for awhile, and I am really excited to have our tech brief ready to share with anyone who wants to be part of something really special as we build out our next chapter. 🤍

Know someone brilliant? Send them my way 🙏

Every child matters. Every story matters. Today, we walk forward together….teaching little hearts to listen, learn and lead with kindness🧡

Childhood should not ask this much of anyone so small. 💛

Behind every brave face is a child carrying something no child should have to carry — and a family learning to live between fear, hope, treatment, and the smallest moments of comfort.

This Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, we’re holding space for every child in treatment, every family beside them, and every moment of childhood they’re fighting to protect.

Meet Bennett the Brave. 💪 Cancer was part of his story, but it isn’t who he is now. He has been CANCER-FREE since May 12th, 2023 🎉 Bennett helped so many other kids facing cancer discover TATE and bring home a little comfort of their own. Thank you, Bennett, and thank you to his mom, Katelyn Murray , for letting us share his story.

For every little one facing cancer: we see you. We’re with you. And we’re wishing for so many more ordinary, beautiful childhood days ahead. 💛

One of my twins made the soccer team.
The other didn’t. 💔⚽️

And my instinct was to jump in — call, question, fix, make it better.

But sometimes, our job isn’t to remove the disappointment. It’s to sit beside them while they feel it.

Because life won’t always go the way they hope. And learning that they can feel disappointed, work through it, and keep going is one of the greatest gifts we can give them.

We don’t need to save them from every hard feeling. Sometimes, the discomfort is where resilience begins. ❤️

There’s something pretty special about seeing TATE make his way into your homes. 🥹

Into bedtime routines, quiet moments, cuddles, big feelings and all the little moments in between.

This is exactly what we hoped he would become: a soft place for kids to land, and a little more support for the grown-ups helping them get there. 🤎

Thank you for letting TATE be part of your families.

The first few weeks of school are no joke. New schedules, new teachers, a lot of big feelings to unpack.

Time to call in TATE. A few minutes of guided breathing, or a super hero mediation before bed, helps these big feelings settle so your littles can get the rest they need to take on the big changes. 🐶💤

Back to school hits totally different for kids. The summer has been so chill and now it’s new teachers, new faces, new routines. Even the kids that are super excited will definitely feel it.
So that’s why bedtime is everything right now. It’s the one time in the day when they can slow down and actually process everything. And that’s what Tate is here for.
Feeling calm, feeling love, feeling safe, right before the new year kicks off. New backpack, same cozy bedtime.

1 in 2 children struggle with sleep. 💛

That’s why our founder Natalie created TATE.

“That is why I wanted to build this company called miindfully, where we get rid of the device, we take it out of the room, and we put it inside this cuddly little puppy.”

TATE is more than a stuffed animal — it’s a tool for kids with anxious feelings, kids who are nervous to sleep at night, and kids who need a friend. 🐾
